Top 4 star hotel with over 100 rooms in Berkshire requires an experienced Bars Manager to oversee the 3 bars and beverage operations within the property, ensuring the highest of service standards are maintained. You will be responsible for the overall running of the Bars, ensuring an efficient and effective operation. You will be responsible for a small team so you must be able to develop and train employees. You may be required to cover Duty Management shifts.
